The Flutter Orb is an orb in Mario Party 6. It started out as the Wiggler Capsule in Mario Party 5, where it could be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for forty coins (Twenty to open the capsule and another twenty for the Star). Its effect was that of the Magic Lamp, where Wiggler appeared on a flower asking if the player wanted him to take him/her to the Star. Accepting made Wiggler turn into a Flutter, who flew the player over to the Star Space. In Mario Party 6 and Mario Party 7, it became an Orb that players could only use on themselves. It cost thirty coins at the Orb Shop. Again, the effect was still the same.
