When has it been officially stated that Dark Koopas are insane? It's not in either PM tattles nor the PM:TTYD bestiary, so was it mentioned in-game somewhere? If not, just because they spin around and make people dizzy doesn't mean they're touched-in-the-head themselves, and that inference should be removed. - Walkazo 22:31, 4 December 2008 (EST)

Okay, I'm just going to say the reasons I think this should be split. 1. The Dark Koopas have different stats. 2. They have different looks. 3. It's been done with Dark Koopatrol.
