Chotto Dr. Mario (this means Just a little Dr. Mario) is a game released on DSiWare for the Nintendo DSi. This game has the same design as Dr. Mario Online Rx (known as Dr. Mario & Germ Buster in PAL regions). This game won't feature the Virus Buster mode, unlike the Wii version. 3D objects are cell-shaded in this game. The official site notes this game is for one player, but in some screenshot P1 can be seen. This could mean there is a multiplayer option.
Trivia
- This is the first DSiWare game to include Mario as the main character.
- When the player beats level 20, he/she will see a picture of Dr. Mario sleeping under a tree.
