The Challenge Space is a type of space found at least once or twice on the game boards of Mario Party 8.
Landing on this space will challange he player to one of three minigames: Stampede, Fruit Picker, or Pour to Score. If the player loses the minigame, he/she gets nothing. If the player wins the minigame, he/she gets to throw a dart at the dart wheel to get five, ten, or twenty coins, depending on what the dart lands on.
