Something I have noticed a LOT is that, even when one number matches and in the right position (like ticket 58'''9'''6, number 27'''9'''1), Lucky says there's no matches! What gives? H. L. L. cheats???
Something I have noticed a LOT is that, even when one number matches and in the right position (like ticket 5896, number 2791), Lucky says there's no matches! What gives? Do they have to match in an exact order, like it's only one number match if the RIGHTMOST digit matches? So not fair, Lucky. I'd Ultra Hammer you into orbit, but NPCs can't be attacked.
