Puzzle Pieces are items in Super Princess Peach. Collecting all 144 of them is not required to complete the main game, though it does unlock the Endless Vibe and also results in them replacing the locations of Toads in every level. Furthermore, if the player collects every Puzzle Piece to one of the eight puzzles, they can unlock it from the menu.

There are two ways to obtain Puzzle Pieces. Most of them are hidden in levels, where there is usually only one, though Puzzle Pieces can also be obtained from the shop.

Puzzle H Piece 2 After defeating Bowser, in a secret section of the first area of Hoo's Wood 2-5, which can be accessed by entering the Warp Pipe above. The Puzzle Piece then can be obtained by using Gloom to cross a path of blue Donut Blocks while jumping over the G. R. P-Troopas on the way, then using Rage to scare off the swarm of Kōmori blocking the Puzzle Piece.
Puzzle G Piece 2 After defeating Bowser, in the second area of Hoo's Wood 2-5 that can be obtained by riding the Flatbed Ferry onto the top of the wall and going to the end of it.
Puzzle F Piece 9 After defeating Bowser, in a secret section of the first area of Shriek Mansion 3-1, which can be accessed by taking the first door of the area. To get the Puzzle Piece, the player needs to hit the ! Switch by using one of the nearby Koopa Troopas or by using Joy. After hitting the switch, the player has to use Joy to fly up to the platform with the Puzzle Piece.
Puzzle E Piece 9 After defeating Bowser, in the second area of Shriek Mansion 3-1, the Puzzle Piece can be obtained by reaching the end of the top of the area. Or the player can use Joy to fly up to the other door, which will lead straight to the Puzzle Piece.

Unlike with the Toad of the section, the player does not need to throw a Koopa Troopa shell as the Puzzle Piece is above the entrance of the tunnel where the Koopa Troopa had to be thrown.
