As their name implies, these creatures are flying skeletal birds that can't be normally destroyed by [[Wario]]. Skeleton Birds wear a green hood and a red bandanna and have two flapping wings. They attack by spitting green clumps of goo, which does not actually hurt Wario, but turns him into his [[Zombie Wario|zombie form]]. While Wario is a zombie, he can attack a Skeleton Bird; after hitting it once, it will crumble into a head which can be defeated by either Zombie Wario or his normal self.

Skeleton Birds are enemies in Wario Land 4. As their name implies, Skeleton Birds are flying skeletal birds, and they wear a green pointy hat and a red collar. Skeleton Birds attack by spitting green projectiles, which do not actually hurt Wario, but turn him into Zombie Wario. While Wario is a zombie, he can attack Skeleton Birds; after hitting them once, they will crumble into a head which Zombie Wario or normal Wario can defeat. Skeleton Birds appear in two levels: Sapphire Passage and Golden Passage. Additionally, in the ending cutscene, a Skeleton Bird appears with two Men'onos in one of Wario's flashbacks.
