Royal Rumpus is a Duel minigame in Mario Party 7. Its title is a play on the term "royal ruckus."

Gameplay

The object of the game is to ground-pound as many Goombas as possible within the time limit. Pressing A Button only once makes the player just stomp on a Goomba, earning them no points. There are also Gold Goombas that are worth three points and run faster than the regular Goombas. It is possible for players to ground-pound more than one Goomba at once.
