Heart Swing is Peach's Star swing in Mario Super Sluggers. Once Peach uses her swing, she will draw a heart with her bat and hit the ball, cloaking it with hearts that stun the fielders trying to catch it. The stun effect works only on male or ambiguously gendered characters, so the female characters (Daisy, Birdo, Baby Peach, Baby Daisy, Toadette, the Nokis, Dixie Kong, Tiny Kong, and female Miis) are unaffected. Magikoopas and Kritters can also use their special abilities to catch the ball, but only if they are far enough away from the ball to not be stunned by the hearts. If no players catch the ball, it will come to a stop and the hearts will wear off.
