Swordfighter Rehearsal is a bonus stage in Princess Peach: Showtime!, unlocked after defeating the Darkle boss, Disco Wing.

Layout[edit]

The setting takes place on the tower leading to the king's castle in The Castle of Thorns. Swordfighter Peach must defeat as many Sour Bunch enemies as possible before time runs out. The stage will slowly change, which Swordfighter Peach must catch up to, if she falls behind off-screen, the game is finished. Swordfighter Peach must also destroy the purple thorns, which do not count towards the score. With seven seconds left, Peach arrives at a final section, marked by purple thorns on top and the camera slowing down.

As the stage counts as a 2D section, Swordfighter Peach is able to use her Left Stick (up) + B Button spin attack.

After time runs out or if she takes damage, the results are determined based on how many enemies she defeated:
