:MvsDK1 has more in common with the other games on here than it does with the other games in its own series, it started as a remake of DK94, and in its finished product still acts as a functional sequel to it. Remove Mario vs. Donkey Kong information[edit]

Mario vs. Donkey Kong was the first game of a series of its own, therefore its sort of redundant it being here, if it were to be kept here, wouldn't we also need to include info on the remake? At that point we have two games from the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series, which overlaps many games which is the reason the Golf series is getting grouped with the Mario Golf series, this page can't be deleted however due to it being one of the series that is different enough to the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series. - Starluxe

MvsDK1 has more in common with the other games on here than it does with the other games in its own series, it started as a remake of DK94, and in its finished product still acts as a functional sequel to it. By all accounts, it should stay. MvsDK the series is a spinoff of this series, but that is where the Venn diagram meets. Not including it here is simply leaving out a necessary link.
