Belltop is a character in Mario Party 3. His name is a pun on "bellhop." He is a magical bell who bears the semblance of a windup Toad. Belltop was brought to life by the faux Millennium Star's magic. He inhabits all of the Duel Boards and doles out coins to the players skilled enough to deserve them.
