Spirometer is a souvenir from WarioWare: Touched!. Players can blow into the microphone to make the ball rise in the container it is in. The level of the ball depends on how long and how hard the player blows into the mic, with the highest levels being that the player blows hard for a long time. If the player makes the ball touch the top of the container for a prolonged time, the top of the container flies off. This allows for higher levels than before.
