As I've said above, there's really no reason for this category to be. It's inconsistent categorize a certain genre's characters and not do the same for the other genres. Besides, this category isn't really necessary in the first place; all the articles in this category are already situated in more specific categories, such as [[:Category:Mario & Luigi Series Characters]], so it's not like RPG Characters is being used for articles that don't have a place elsewhere. Necessity[edit]
Is this category really necessary? I mean, I just find it a bit odd that we have a category for a specific genre's characters when we don't have such a thing for the other genres (fighting, platform, racing, sports, etc.) All the articles that are in here already have a place in other, more specific categories, so it's not like this category's really doing much...
