Soggy is a semi-common status effect found only in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. This status effect is caused by Cheep Cheeps, the Big Cheep Cheep, Petey Piranha, and water Thing stickers. Whenever Mario or his foes get Soggy, they take 50% more damage, and become blue and distorted. Like all status ailments, Soggy prevents Mario from using evasive stickers.
