:::There was [[MarioWiki:Proposals/Archive/64#Clarify_stance_on_Japanese-derived_internal_names|this proposal]] I created that passed, but I didn't consider instances where the internal name is the ''same'' as the Japanese name. I guess the move to Suraidon follows the proposal? I wouldn't be opposed to a follow-up proposal where Japanese-name priority is only applicable to enemies that don't have a romanization of their final Japanese name as their internal name, though... Anyone else feel like the internal name "todo" just means "to do" and they never changed it? Mrbeast6000 (talk) 17:40, December 3, 2023 (EST)
- Pretty sure that's just something Annalisa10 left as a placeholder while adding the internal name section, not an actual internal name. Blinker (talk) 18:25, December 3, 2023 (EST)
- Correct. I filled in the internal name to minimize further confusion.

- It was me that set it as "todo", as I couldn't check the internal name myself and I wanted someone else to do it, why did people think it was an actual internal name -

Rename back to Slidon
As with Morocon, the internal name "Slidon" is a perfectly valid transcription of「スライドン」(Suraidon) and is the only official romanization of the name that we have, so I think we should rename this page back to "Slidon". Jdtendo(T|C) 04:05, January 24, 2024 (EST)
