It is very high-tech with a lot of robots patrolling the area. Its main gimmick involves the power generators, which supply electricity to the various devices inside the lab. They are deactivated by default due to [[Count Cannoli]] shutting off the power to them, but they can be charged up by using [[Sparky Wario]]. There are two sets of four generators; one set supplies yellow electricity and the other supplies blue electricity, each color powering different devices. Whenever [[Wario]] presses a button in the lab, some of the power gets drained from the generators. Each generator can be charged up to power two button presses, allowing for a total of eight presses for each color every time Wario charges them.

Wario obtains the Dragon Wario Guise Gem right in the beginning of the level. With this, Wario now has the ability to spew blue flames and destroy blue blocks with a flame symbol on them. Also in the beginning, [[Count Cannoli]] makes his final battle with Wario as [[Mad Hat Mk. III]]. After he is defeated, Cannoli flees. The player should notice huge unpowered generators in the background. Using [[Sparky Wario]], the player should activate all four generators. This will allow Wario to hit yellow and blue switches, depending on the color.

After Wario ventures through the lab, he finds both Cannoli and Carpaccio. He then finds out that they both have been working together to prevent Wario from reassembling the Wishstone. Carpaccio challenges Wario to a race for the fourth Wishstone. Though Carpaccio had rigged Wario's area of he race, Wario still wins. Carpaccio then flees to the [[Allergia Gardens]] and Wario earns the fourth fragment of Wishstone.
