Super Mario 64 DS is the boss microgame of 9-Volt's stage in WarioWare: Move It!, based on the Nintendo DS game of same name. Kevin Afghani provides Mario's voice in this microgame, replacing the original work done by Charles Martinet.
Gameplay
The player controls Mario in one of Super Mario 64 DS's slide levels, being able to control his direction by tilting to either side while in the "Scales" form. The goal is to reach the end of the course, where a Power Star descends to Mario and he collects it. Coins can be collected along the way, although they aren't of use in beating the microgame. The game ends in a loss if Mario falls off the course.
- 1st level difficulty: The course is The Princess's Secret Slide. The goal room is inside the screen of a giant Game Boy Advance.
- 2nd level difficulty: The course is the slide in Slip Slidin' Away. The shortcut behind the ice wall is accessible like in the original game. The entrance to the goal room is framed by two giant Wii Motion Plus Inside Wii Remotes.
- 3rd level difficulty: The course is the slide in Mysterious Mountainside. The goal room is inside the bottom screen of a giant Nintendo DS.
