Effect Turns Mario into Bubble Mario.

The Bubble Flower is a power-up item that first appeared in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Upon picking up a Bubble Flower, it turns the user into their Bubble form, giving them the ability to shoot bubbles, similarly to Bubble Baby Yoshis in New Super Mario Bros. U. When it is released from a ? Block, it appears inside a floating bubble.[1] The Bubble Flower uses the same design seen in Fire Flowers, but with a different color scheme: its stem and leaves are cyan, while the head is white, purple, and pink with the typical black eyes.
