He loves to tie people up and then challenge them to a foot race. In reform school, he copied so many test papers, he got writer's claw. His hobby is counterfeiting Gold Coins, and he does such a great job of it, that Koopa has put him in charge of the Kastle Koopa treasury, where he happily spends every day cheating his brother and sister Koopalings on their allowances. When Koopa wants to be sneaky and devious, he calls on Cheatsy.

The child of Great Demon King Bowser (p. 26). The youngest of the 7, he is distinguished by his long cockscomb. He is still immature, so his power is not as great as the other Koopalings', but perhaps he'll grow into as formidable a foe as Bowser!?

In Mario 3, Larry fires light beams from the magic staff to attack, so pay attention to the angle of the staff and avoid them. After that, immediately stomp on his head three times to win.
In World, Lava Bubbles Fight Back from the Fire Sea
Larry attacks by rolling fireballs. While being careful of the three Lava Bubbles that jump out, wait for the slope of the island to become steep and push him off.

The weakest of the Koopalings, Larry props up the first Airship you encounter on Grass Land. He carries a wand, as do all his brethren, but doesn’t use it to the fullest. He’s easily blasted with 10 fireballs or you can stomp on his head three times.
