Skill Up is a stage start item in Dr. Mario World. When activated, it fills up a doctor's skill meter prior to starting a stage in Stage Mode, making it similar in function to the Skill filler in terms of fully charging up skill meters. Free uses of this item could be rewarded from battle boxes or through certain events, or even through purchasing certain packs. If a player does not have any more free uses of this item, it requires spending 10 diamonds to use another. During a Power Boost Rally, players can use this item for free if they have beaten at least 2 stages in a row while the rally period is active without losing or restarting that stage.
