OMG where did the sprites Go

The Sprites!! Couldn't we make like a gallery for the sprites or something. Many users worked hard to find them. This doesn't need to happen. Other galleries have in-game model sections so why can't this one?YoshiGo99

A Sprites collage is invading the gallery

OK, let's do it like civilized people. The in-game models section is utterly unnecessary for this gallery. They serve no purpose for the gallery actually, they are trite, not significant and most of them are just objects without a proper (or official) name, some of them are character sprites -what is better, characters' sprites or artworks?- some of them are of horrible quality and some of them are textures/tiles (!) surely, you guys you've bloated this gallery in a poor duplicate of the spriters' resource. Don't embarass this gallery with this, better remove it and use some sprites for something convenient :/ ¢oincoll€ctor

OK, if you want to go that far, and not embarass the gallery, these images are as good as they can get. Hello, haven't you noticed that these ingame models, contain enemies that aren't listed in the enemies section? If you don't want them their, fine, I'll move ever single sprite image to their appropriate article. These images are useful. How are we to depict what enemies look like, in the game? Their is no artwork for a small mario, luigi, or the toads! Artwork is not always true! They sometimes look different, and we can let people see what they actually look like! This is a wiki people! I came here to look at what sprites look like before I got a game! And if you want to argue your case, Im happy to discuss it!

A few edited Sprites? Allow or not?

I noticed that I few sprites/models have been added to the gallery but I am noticing that they were edited by me. A few I can name is the water model which is actually not from NSMBW, it is from MKDS made to look like the water from NSMBW, the poison water and lava were cut from an image, resized and I also added the glow from the two. Last is the "waterfall", actually it is a Water Spout which was made from a Mario Party 9 texture and the top was used from a Water Spout from a New Super Mario Bros. Mii screenshot. Dear god, this gallery needs clean-up. I mean, what use does the backdrops for the levels have? We are not a spriting site; we are an encyclopedia that provides Mario information and having sprites such as the water, lava, and they sky serve absolutely no purpose for this wiki. Ray Trace^(T|C)

Hat Question

For the standing sprites in Models (in game), Fire Mario only has a hat, and Ice Mario only doesn't. Should we add the other ones for these (Fire Mario w/ 99 lives and Ice Mario with a hat)? Blushock (talk) 23:07, September 13, 2022 (EDT)

Duplicate Images

While perusing the gallery I decided to look at the brick block sprites and noticed they weren't listed as being in the Brick Block Gallery, which I found odd so I looked into it. Strangely, the sprite for the normal brick block is fine, but the alternate color sprites all have duplicates.
