The Pharaoh's Underwear is a key item from Wario: Master of Disguise. It is one of the Pharaoh's three treasures that the Sphinx asks Wario to retrieve in exchange for important information during Episode 3, the other two being the Pharaoh's Nose Hair and Pharaoh's Pillow. It is located inside a purple treasure chest in a room with moving platforms on the top floor of the Smithsnorian Museum.
