Template:Minigame-infobox Tick Tock Hop is a Duel minigame found in Mario Party 3; it is set to return in Mario Party Superstars, where it is formatted as Ticktock Hop. The playing field resembles the painting from Super Mario 64 that takes the player to Tick Tock Clock.
Gameplay
The players stand on the hour hand and have to dodge the minute hand by simply jumping over it as it comes spinning around toward them. As the game progresses, the minute hand may be the only hand rotating, the hour hand may be the only one rotating, both hands may be rotating, and they may also reverse direction and change speeds. The last player standing wins. If both players are knocked off by the minute hand at the same time or if they jump over the hand 99 times, the minigame ends in a draw.
Although it does not say in the instructions, players can use to angle their characters or run in place. However, they will stay in the same place, so there is no functional use for this.
