Different timings for the players?[edit]

This might seem like an odd question, but both players stand on the hour hand, but one player is closer to the center, while the other is closer to the end of the hand. At the perspective for the player at the edge, it would seem to be easier to jump over the minute hand, but for the player closer to the center, it looks like they have to time their jumps more precisely to avoid the minute hand.

This makes me think that the players need to time their jumps differently depending on where they are at during the minigame, especially for the player closer to the center of the clock. Is this true? If so, then I could edit this page to describe the different timings. I don’t have Mario Party 3 or Mario Party Superstars, but I have heard someone say that the player closer to the center has a disadvantage. I don’t know if this is true or not, but it looks like it. Maybe the timing is the same for both players? I need the opinions of others first before this could be mentioned. If so, then this could be edited. If not, then it could stay the same.
