The title of this article is conjectural; an official name for the article's subject has not been found, so it has been given a fitting title by the editors.
If an acceptable name is found, then the article should be moved to the new title.
Falling slabs are obstacles that appear in Super Mario Land. They are tiles that appear identical to the surrounding landscape of a level, but they fall when Mario comes close to them, in a similar fashion to the Falling Spike obstacles and Thwomps. They only appear in World 1-3 and World 4-1 and cannot be defeated by any means.
