The Slide Attack is an attack that can be performed by any player in Mario Kart: Double Dash. It can be done in co-op mode. To perform it, the driver must drift near the opponent (it doesn't matter which direction), and at the same time the rear player must attack the opponent using an item (for example, a Green Shell). If the item hits the opponent successfully, the player will steal the item that the opponent had. This can also be done by using a Mushroom and htting an opponent while the player is going fast.
