It is the second strongest version of the Spike Helmet sticker, and does damage to foes attacking from above. It does moderate damage as a counter. They can be bought from Shaved-Ice Cave for 16 coins each. The Shiny Spike Helmet can be set in the Sticker Museum as #65.
