Split this template into different cases for music samples and sound clips

It's kind of bizarre that we treat all audio files the same, since clearly some are music samples and some are audio clips. Therefore, I propose that this template be split into {{music-sample}} and {{sound-clip}}, and update MediaWiki:Licenses to reflect the change.

@Keyblade Master: It shouldn't; all that would need to be done is make the wording differ slightly between the two templates. Toadette icon CTTT.pngFont of Archivist Toadette's signature(T|C) 08:23, April 20, 2021 (EDT)
