Super Show!, in which Mario (portrayed by Captain Lou Albano) performs the Mario dance and sings a song to the tune of the Super Mario Bros. main theme, explaining how to do the aforementioned dance. This plays during the credits to every episode.

- The phrase "Do the Mario!" was also said at the end of most live action segments, by the Mario Bros. and sometimes the celebrity guest star.
- The The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Do the Koopa"'s title may reference Do the Mario; "Do the Koopa"'s cover song of the same title is also somewhat similar to Do the Mario as well.
