In Super Paper Mario, a similar item appears named the Golden Card. The purpose of the game is also to unlock a mini-game, which in this case is Hammer Whacker, located at the arcade. The Golden Card is found in a hidden room in The Overthere bar in Flopside. Mario can access this room by flipping into 3-D and walking past the wall that is by Carson. Mario and friends can then find the Golden Card (as well as a Cooking Disk) in a treasure chest.
