It is unlocked via completion of Painted Swampland or Deepsea Ruins, or via secret exit in Bridge over Poisoned Waters and its own completion unlocks Iggy's Volcanic Castle.
Layout
This level takes place in a forest area covered with poison. The level begins near a Wiggler on three ? Blocks, one of which contains a power-up. Seesaw platforms that tilt up and down are present, as well as a Roulette Block. A portion of the ground with Wigglers on it is found, along with more seesaws. A River Piranha Plant is found in between seesaws in the poison. More Wigglers and a River Piranha Plant are found, followed by seesaws that rotate in full circles. A row of River Piranha Plants is found below a structure of blocks, along with a Koopa Troopa, a Wiggler, and a Red Ring. More River Piranha Plants are found between portions of ground, leading to the Checkpoint Flag. More seesaws follow, with another Roulette Block found above a platform. - Star Coin 1: A Warp Pipe is found to the left of two Wigglers after passing the first set of seesaw bridges, hidden in a wall. The Warp Pipe leads to an underground area with the first Star Coin, which can be reached using seesaw platforms.
- Star Coin 2: The second Star Coin is found partly submerged in the poison. A thrown Koopa Shell is needed to get it.
- Star Coin 3: At the area with two River Piranha Plants between three Warp Pipes, the player should go down the rightmost pipe. After hitting the P Switch, the player must then create a path of Hidden Blocks to reach the third Star Coin.
