Chambrea is the second boss encountered in Luigi's Mansion 3. She is first encountered on the first floor of the Grand Lobby and is subsequently fought in various hotel rooms on Floor 5 after Luigi locates the room to retrieve a briefcase. Defeating Chambrea rewards Luigi with the elevator button to the third floor floor and allows E. Gadd to supply Luigi with Gooigi.
Appearance
When initially seen in the Grand Lobby, Chambrea can be seen traversing to the elevator area and dusting.
Chambrea is encountered again in Room 507 on the Fifth floor, which had originally been Professor E. Gadd's room before his capture, where she's "cleaning the room" and discovers E. Gadd's briefcase. When she spots Luigi, she becomes visibly shocked before consuming the briefcase and fleeing to the adjoining suite (humorously getting stuck due to her consuming a solid object in the form of the briefcase).
Battle
Chambrea prefers hiding and fleeing when encountered, so the player has to traverse down the suites to defeat her. When defeated, she is forced to release the briefcase from within her and attempts to resist being sucked in, to no avail, resulting in her providing Luigi with the Floor 3 button.
