Seed Weeds can shoot out seeds from their mouth, which quickly grow into another Seed Weed. Ka-Bloom!, the boss of Ancient Waterworks, can also create Seed Weeds. Wario can inflict damage on them using any attack.

In-game description

The only thing on this male plant's mind is pollination. He shoots his little plant seeds with reckless abandon in an effort to leave behind as many progeny as possible.
