Last Letter World is a world in Mario's Early Years! Fun with Letters. It is one of the seven islands in the game.

The world takes place in a factory composed of construction bricks. Luigi naps in the area where the answers go.

In this world, the player has to select the words that start with the last letter indicated. Three end with the indicated letter, and the last one does not. After the player selects the three words that end with the given letter, they move on to the next room via a pipe. When a correct answer is given a random character or creature pops out of the scenery praising the player.
