Merge Boo Man Bluff with Blindfold Boo

As has been mentioned before, Boo Man Bluff and Blindfold Boo have identical characteristics and attack pattern, as well as the same name in Japanese. The only obvious difference between the two is aesthetic as they appear to have ears instead of arms in Yoshi's Story but, given the game's other design differences (with no sign of a decades-later magic goop explanation), this is a moot point.
