Brawl, it can be spawned from a Poké Ball and uses Heart Swap, its signature move, which temporarily swaps the body of two players. The players' damage and stocks carry between stocks, and self-destruction causes the dying player to lose a life and not the opponent.
Manaphy appears as a stage hazard in Kalos Pokémon League stage in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. Occasionally appearing in Flood Chamber, it uses Whirlpool to create one in the middle of the stage that sucks players in and down to the bottom of the stage.

This Water-type Pokémon is said to have the mysterious ability to bond with any other Pokémon. It's also said to appear occasionally in the Water-type Elite Four Trainer's room in the Kalos Pokémon League stage. When it appears on the stage, it'll use its Whirlpool move to drag figthers into the middle of the swirling waters. |
