An enraged Bully.

Bullies are enemies which appeared in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. They are found in Yoob's Belly. They resemble a bull's head attached to two shoes. In battle, a Bully charges at Mario or Luigi, running off-screen then returning for a second attack. This attack can be Jumped over. However, if a Bully is attacked, it becomes angry. Additionally, the enraged Bully's attack power and running speed increases. The more a Bully is attacked, the stronger and faster it becomes. It goes through three phases, and on the third one, it goes very fast and gets a POW-Up. The effects of an Ice Flower reverts a Bully to its normal state.
