Mario, about to face the Fighting Polygon Team.
The Fighting Polygons (also called the Fighting Polygon Team) is a group of weak enemies found in Super Smash Bros. They possess very little attack and defense, but their numbers can pose a threat. They were replaced by the Fighting Wire Frames in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
Their bodies are all the characters' basic polygon structure, colored purple. Some of their designs appear very strange or were even edited. Kirby's version makes him look like an accordion, and Yoshi's version has three teeth.
The level the player fights them on is almost the same as Kirby's level, and Super Smash Bros. Melee's level Battlefield. They appear again in the Race to the Finish level as obstacles on the top and bottom floors.
