Template:Species-infobox Pompon Flowers[1] are enemies found in Super Mario Land. They walk around, sometimes shooting poisonous spores upwards. Mario could jump or shoot a superball at one for 800 points, but had to be very careful when doing so. Pompon Flowers only appear in World 4-2 of the Chai Kingdom. As implied by their name and behavior, they may be related to Pakkun Flowers.
They may also be related to Pansers, due to the fact that both are flower-like plant creatures that walk back and forth while opening and closing their petals and sometimes releasing a projectile (spores or fireballs).
