Hey there. Just in case you genuinely didn't know or simply forgot, when creating an article, the subject's name should be in bold, and all game titles must be italicised, as per the Manual of Style. Feel free to delete this message when you're done reading it. We hope that this information is helpful and that you have a great experience contributing to our encyclopedia and community. Remember to enjoy your time here and to also have fun! Sincerely, |
Be careful on how much Trivia you add to pages. You should usually add info to the main part of an article, and only add a trivia section if it doesn't fit anywhere else. Chocolate Mario 14:13, 4 May 2016 (EDT)
Multiple edits to a page
Hello there. Regarding your edits to the List of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon glitches page, instead of editing the page section by section, it is preferred that you edit the entire page and make the changes in a single edit (especially since your changes to each section were relatively minor, and made minutes apart from each other). Following this general rule will reduce recent floods of edits in the page's history.
Thank you for reading, and keep contributing.

Re: Signature help
Hey there, sure I can give you some tips. If you wanted to change the text color, use this code: <font color=green>Quizmelon</font></font>, which would make Quizmelon. To add a picture, simply use a link to the file and specify its height, like , which would give File:YS Melon.gif.
Put 'em together, and you get File:YS Melon.gif Quizmelon (as an example, if you wanted something specific I could also make it for you). Also see MarioWiki:Signatures for the full guidelines. I hope this helps!

Re: Help wanted in proposal creation
Hey Quizmelon. Where do you see this "subject" and "text box" screen? Make sure that you are not viewing the talk page by mistake, proposals belong on the MarioWiki:Proposals page. Now, does your proposal concern a single article only? If so, then it should be made a Talk Page Proposal (see that section on the Proposals page). If your idea concerns many pages, it should be placed on the Proposals page under either the "Writing Guidelines", "New Features", "Removals" or "Changes" header, depending on which is most suitable. If your idea fits none of these descriptions, then place it under "Miscellaneous". Your proposal should be formatted according to the page's instructions, and under the most appropriate header.
If you need help formatting a proposal, then please message me back.
Thanks, Shokora (talk · edits) 03:01, 7 August 2016 (EDT)
- Hey again! Sorry, you're right: I did mean to say "single or group of articles". A talk page proposal should be conducted on the talk page of the article concerned (or in the case of a group of articles, on the respective game, category or series talk page). If your proposal concerns modifying large group of articles which is broader than a single game, category or series, then it should be held on the main Proposals page instead.
- To answer your question from before, if you were to add a talk page proposal, the "subject" box should just be a brief description of the proposal. The actual message box should contain the proposal itself, correctly formatted as per the instructions on the main Proposals page.
- If you were still confused about whether your idea should be listed as a talk page proposal or not, then just let me know the details of your idea and I can advise you. Or if you needed help to format your proposal, I'm happy to help you there too.

Userspace
I'm not entirely sure what the requirements are for posting the userspace template, but I've noticed you've been working on your profile quite a bit over the past two days. I know you're probably trying to get your profile together, but perhaps make some mainspace edits as well. Or mark all your userspace edits as minor. That's what I do, even if they aren't really. 11:54, 9 October 2016 (EDT)

I am really sorry this is so late. If it's too late for you to submit then I can understand.

Bold/italics
Hey there. Just in case you genuinely didn't know or simply forgot, when creating an article, the subject's name should be in bold, and all game titles must be italicised, as per the Manual of Style. Thanks. Mario JC 06:54, 29 December 2016 (EST)
