RE: Mario Party-e Pictures

Hi, and welcome! To add pictures to articles, you'll need to upload them first. You can upload any scans you have over at Special:Upload. Remember to give them appropriate file names (e.g. File:Mario Party-e - Mario card.jpg), and replace {{uncategorized}} in the summary with [[Category:Mario Party-e Images]]

Once that's done, just add the file names to the article. Help:Image and Help:Gallery are helpful guides on how to do this. (If you're planning to upload a set of cards, I recommend placing them in a gallery.)
