Domino is a magic-wielding member of the Smithy Gang. In battle, he fights alongside his partner Cloaker. Domino lives in Smithy's Factory with his enormous pet snake, the Mad Adder.
During the events of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, the duo of Cloaker and Domino challenged Mario's party to a battle. Domino and Cloaker are more powerful together due to how they cover each others weaknesses. Domino gives more and takes less magic damage than physical damage while Cloaker is the other way around. If one of the two is defeated, the other retreats. If Mario defeats Cloaker first, Domino retreats to his pet snake, the Mad Adder, and the two fuse, leading to another phase in the fight.

Trivia
- Domino's phrase "It's clobbering time!" is a quote from the Marvel Universe character The Thing. Punchinello says the same thing during a part of his battle.
