Polly Roger initially began as a member of Kaptain Skurvy's crew but his treasonous nature made him switch alliances easily. He occasionally assisted K Rool so long as Rool paid him with crackers. However he would assist the Kongs if they managed to bribe him, though normally he just steals from the Kongs instead. Basically he allies himself with whomever wishes to give him more loot.

Trivia

  • The name Polly Roger is a pun on the name "Polly", a common name for a parrot and "Jolly Roger", the skull-and-crossbones symbol most commonly associated with pirates.
    • Ironically, "Polly" is a name often used for female parrots, and Polly is male.
  • Polly may be (loosely) based off the character Screech, the evil parrot from the games Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2.
