In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it can be bought from the Lovely Howz of Badges in Rogueport for fifty coins, bought from the Pianta Parlor for thirty-four Pianta Tokens, or rarely held or dropped by Paratroopas and Shady Koopas.
