The garlic bottle[1] is an item in the game Virtual Boy Wario Land, released for the Virtual Boy in 1995. It resembles a large clove of garlic with an upward-pointing arrow that looks like a lightning bolt.
The garlic bottle power-up is found in most levels within ? Blocks, and works similarly to Mario's Super Mushroom. If collected by Wario, it will transform him into Bull Wario, giving him the ability to Ground Pound and perform stronger Dash Attacks. If collected while Wario is tiny, it will return him to normal size.
