It is a three-in-one compilation game containing new versions/remakes of Dr. Mario 64 (referred to as simply Dr. Mario in-game), Panel de Pon (the original version of Tetris Attack) and Yoshi no Cookie. The games are similar to their original versions, except with updated graphics and sounds and few changes; Panel de Pon has a whole new set of characters and more stages, while Yoshi no Cookie has 99 rounds instead of 10.
