Goats are domestic animals pertaining to the Real World, which also make a brief appearance in the Mario universe. Here, goats sport blank hair that covers their bodies, except for their heads and hooves. A sharp beard surrounds their lower jaw, and their heads have an ivory-colored skin. Each goat displays two yellow horns on top of their heads, and also a couple of white ears. They always appear to have a shallow smile under their nose, the latter being the apex of a crooked snout. Their eyes are small and black, and are displayed symmetrically on the sides of their snout. All of these facial features form the image of a cute-looking, yet somehow dimwitted expression of a goat.
