World 5-1 is the first level of World 5, in New Super Mario Bros.
Layout
This level has snow from trees that can fall on Mario. The level starts with Snow Spikes throwing their snowballs. By jumping on a block above deep snow and jumping again, Mario can get the first Star Coin. Mario should jump on a Paratroopa or use a flying block to get the second Star Coin. The third Star Coin is obtained by jumping on a block that, when hit, will grow more blocks. Jump on the stack of blocks to obtain the coin. After avoiding more falling snow and more enemies, Mario reaches the Goal Pole.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1 - Jump on the nearby block and then jump off it to get the Star Coin.
- Star Coin 2 - Hit the Flying ? Block when it is near the coin to create a platform to jump on.
- Star Coin 3 - Hit the Block Stack to make it grow tall enough to reach the Star Coin.
