This level has lots of desert areas at the beginning, [[Yoshi Sphinx]] can also be in the background.. While the player progresses through the level, the layout becomes a mix of desert, underground, and quicksand areas. A Red Toad, called the Traveling Toad, is seen. [[Mario]] must save him from a group of five [[Paragoombas]] that transform into the [[5-Fold Paragoomba]]. At the bottom-right side of the quicksand hill, the player can jump down off the ledge in front and go to the right to find the two striped cacti mentioned in the tablet at the [[Damp Oasis]]. By jumping into the quicksand in the space between the cacti and allowing [[Mario]] to sink, a secret chamber is discovered. Inside is a chest containing a Tablet Piece scrap.

Layout

This level is located in a desert area, where Yoshi Sphinx can be seen in the background. While the player progresses through the level, the layout becomes a mix of desert, underground, and quicksand areas. A Red Toad, called the Traveling Toad, is seen. Mario must save him from a group of five Paragoombas that transform into the 5-Fold Paragoomba.
